What Should Danny Do? is an innovative, interactive book that empowers kids with the understanding that their choices will shape their days, and ultimately their lives into what they will be. Written in a “Choose Your Own Story” style, the book follows Danny, a Superhero-in-Training, through his day as he faces choices that kids face on a daily basis. As your children navigate through the different story lines, they will begin to realize that their choices for Danny shaped his day into what it became. And in turn, their choices for themselves can shape their days, and ultimately their lives, into what they will be.

Wow! We were fortunate enough to get our hands on a draft copy of the boom. Pretty much everything about this book is perfect. My 4 and 6 year olds have asked me to read it to them every night for the last week. My 10 year old sneaks it away after they’re done and reads through the different story lines on his own. And the best part is, they’re all learning so many important lessons without even realizing it! What a wonderful book!

As a teacher who got to pre read this book I have to say that it is by far my students favorite book. I wish I had more copies so they wouldn’t fight about it during quiet reading time. The class is always super quiet and they are mesmerized by the illustrations! I highly reccomend this book to all teachers and anyone who wants to teach kids about the importance of making good choices!

Finally a book that is fun and educational. This book really got my 5 year old thinking. She kept asking me questions about the different choices long after we put it down.

We were lucky enough to get this book early. My son is completely obsessed with Danny. He asked me the other day if he uses his power to choose will he be able to fly like Danny.

OMG…where was this book when I was a kid? I would have loved it. Happy my kids have it as it is something we reference a lot in this house.

Once in a while a really unique and worthy book for children is being published. “What sould Danny do” is one of those books. I highly recommend this brilliant yet fun book to every parent, grandparent or teacher who is morally and ethically conscious and would like to encourage children to make wise and moral choices in life. This book facilitates awareness in young children as far as understanding the outcome of their descisions and action. Reading this book and exploring the different options with your children or letting them explore it independently is a great way of giving our children the gift of learning cause and effect in life. The fact that the children need to think as they read and actively make decisions is a very effective way of learning. If you are interested in building moral, decisive and resilient children/future adults – this book is for you.

Where did this book come from?? And why didn’t anyone think of it sooner!! Just read the book to my kids and they are already referencing the main character to one another! The 3 and 4 year old were fighting over a toy, and so my 7 year old ( who was told to watch them) all of a sudden asked them- What should Danny do?? then told them the consequences of what will happen if they keep fighting or if they share… WOW amazing.. I really hope this continues!!!!!!

I read this to my 1st grade class, and they absolutely loved it. The book was intelligently written, and the illustrations are terrific! It’s great to have a book that the teachers love just as much as the students!

I’m a second grade teacher and I got this book just in time for the last 3 weeks of school. My students loved it, and I loved that there were so many lessons on social behavior and personal accountability. I think the book is meant for a wide audience of kids, but I felt that it was a unique fit for second grade as many kids are transitioning into reading chapter books. This book was the perfect transition. Its a picture book, but reading all 9 stories would take a long time… And it still provided enough intrigue and interest (and education!) for my second graders. I can’t wait to use “The Power to Choose” the entire upcoming year! My only complaint is that I didn’t get stickers with my order and I heard that some others did.

I would have never known about this book if I didn’t see them at a convention. Oh My Goodness!!! I am totally in love with this book and so is my son. He loves making the choices, even the wrong ones just to see what happens. I love the many alternatives to the story, and as a previous review has mentioned, Why wasn’t this done sooner!!! I hope you guys make another one, totally an awesome and colorful book. I love the words used. Beautiful book, worth every penny!!

I am teaching K3 this year. We are reading it to help us learn manners. My students are LOVING the interaction. They love being able to choose how the story ends.

This book is adorable! I love the concept of “choosing your own adventure” and empowering kids with the “Power to Choose”! I see this book having great value in the primary grades for teachers as well as school counselors! The richness of color and detail in the illustrations is also fantastic!

Hands down my first graders favorite book! I constantly hear “can we read the Danny book!?” We even started writing our own versions! They love it so much!

I got my book to use during my student teaching experience. I mentioned this when I ordered the book and they sent enough stickers for all of my students and then some! I had enough leftover to give other teachers to use. The kids absolutely loved the book and all of the choices they could make to see how their day could go either way just like Danny’s. Thank you for adding to the love to read in students with this book.

I love this book! I teach some EL students so it would be great if I could get this book in Spanish as well!
